SHARE IT!

Take it to the next level – share your important ideas with others so they can be protected too.

By learning all you can about your body, health, and sex, you are in control of your body and your life. But maybe you know someone who isn’t, or what if you get into a situation where you need to take action to protect yourself or your friend? How do you make the right choice?

The best way to help is to share what you know. Please understand, not everyone is comfortable with the same level of activism –and that is OK! You don’t have to kick doors down rushing to the rescue. Sometimes just “saying something when you see something” to someone who can step in is enough, or even having a quiet one-on-one conversation with a friend you are concerned about. Other times call for expert help, so don’t be afraid to ask for it!
